Declan's Chinese Dictionary for Windows Mobile and Pocket PC uses the CEDICT Chinese-English dictionary database. Declan's Chinese Dictionary allows flexible searches of the dictionary including using Pinyin (with and without tone numbers).The CEDICT databases are not shipped with Declan's Chinese Dictionary but need to be downloaded and installed manually.
