The idea behind I CHING is very old. It describes a philosophy which centers on the ideas of the dynamic balance of opposites, the evolution of events as a process, and acceptance of the inevitability of change. I CHING is also used as a technique for predicting the future. Yellow rods (or three coins) are cast in order to select one the hexagram.
