DU Meter is a powerful and user-friendly tool that enables you to use your Internet connection more efficiently. DU Meter is a standalone utility whose installation involves no changes to your Windows system files. DU Meter also includes a handy stopwatch which accurately times downloads and reports the average transfer rates, plus full compatibility with Windows 95/98/ME and NT 4.0/2000/XP.
