Features include: sorting; filtering, file attachments; tiered access; e-mail notifications; import/export; organize by project, status, priority, assigning user, assigned-to user, due date, dev instance, version; restrict users to specific projects or to read-only status; collection of feedback from external (non-registered) users via the web; etc.
